1. Sichuan University continues to promote a number of research projects on regulatory science

        Based on the previous work, the research report of "Working Process and Basic Principles of International Product Attribute Definition of Medicinal Device Combination" was completed. "Tissue induced biomaterials safety and effectiveness evaluation study" was initially carried out. The institute tries to establish a method to study the in vitro safety of bioceramic powders, degradation products and ceramics and conduct a short-term in vivo experiment.

2. Sichuan University actively promotes the training plan for supervisory and scientific talents

        Institute of Regulatory Science for Medical Device of Sichuan University formulated the outline of the first edition of Introduction to Regulatory Science to prepare for the training of undergraduates in the direction of supervision. The latest monograph "Artificial Intelligence Medical Devices" by Prof. Xing Lei of Stanford University was translated to continue to develop artificial intelligence medical device talent training courses. They guide students to complete the graduation design and graduation thesis writing, and actively participated in the defense of graduate students and the selection of freshmen. It continue to promote the propaganda and construction of the institute, finish the first draft of the content of the website construction, and develop the template of the website construction.

3. Sichuan University plans to initiate the co-construction or cooperation of a number of regulatory science units

        Based on Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and Liaoning Medical Products Administration cooperation pattern research, Sichuan University plans to carry out the relevant cooperation, including signing a cooperation agreement on medical device regulatory scientific research between Sichuan University and Sichuan Medical Products Administration, establishing Sichuan medical device regulatory science research base, or province-school co-construction medical device regulatory institution, or joint applying for Sichuan medical device regulatory science research key laboratory.
