1. Sichuan University has achieved positive results in regulatory science research

Institute of Regulatory Science for Medical Device of Sichuan University has published many important research results on ZHONGGUO YIYAO BAO including "For Both the Internal and External Power-Ensure the Safety and Effectiveness of Medical Equipment, "Building s Scientific Research and Application of Medical Device Regulatory System with Chinese Characteristics" and "A Digital Security Evaluation Method Based on Real-Time Information Recording of The Whole System", etc.

2. Sichuan University has actively promoted the construction of APEC Center of Excellence in Medical Device Primary Work Area

Institute of Regulatory Science for Medical Device of Sichuan University has completed the construction of the column of APEC Center of Excellence on the basis of the existing website framework. In the future, this column will cover international exchanges, policy publicity, and achievements introduction of the institute to help enhance China's voice in the field of medical device regulatory science. In addition, the institute also participated in the discussion and formulation of the undergraduate training program for the direction of medical device regulatory science of the School of Biomedical Engineering and submitted the interim report of the "Medical Device Regulatory Science Planning" project to the Department of Medical Device Regulation, NMPA.
