Institute of Regulatory Science for Medical Device of Sichuan University published a research paper "Biomimetic mineralization mechanical microenvironment regulates the osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and the mechanism of cytoskeleton-mediated mechanical signal transduction". This study introduced the regulation effect of the mechanical microenvironment of biomimetic mineralized collagen materials on osteogenic differentiation, which is conducive to the construction of safe and effective biomimetic mineralized collagen bone repair materials, and has guiding significance for the exploration of the matrix microenvironment design with bone induction and bone regeneration.
